All payments are due by Dec 30, 2013.
Once completed and approved by the organization of the Form Stands Agreement (attached), it will proceed immediately to respective or send the money receipt to the applicant company. The same must cancel within 30 days after the presentation. The booking will be firm to get the receipt.
30 days before the beginning of the Congress, the organization will be in power to have discretion to any reservation that has not been fully paid.
The cancellation of the reservation or the booths by the sponsoring companies, up to 60 days before the date of the conference, will have a penalty of a 50% of the category selected booth.
